StringeeX is a fantastic tool for various kinds of businesses at a very fair price. It assists in expanding your business without needing any coding skills.
I really dig the new features for managing contacts and missed calls. Whenever we get a call from a client, a new contact record (ticket) is automatically generated and synced with the system. This makes it super convenient for agents to quickly address customer needs. Plus, if there are any missed calls, we can easily configure it to send an automatic email, ensuring no customer inquiries go unanswered.

Pros: The call routing feature is fantastic. StringeeX directs customer calls straight to the right rep, which is perfect for addressing clients’ unique needs. This system brings together all the essential tools of a contemporary contact center, including IVR, ACD, and skill-based routing tech. Agents can also access important info about customers, allowing them to tackle issues on the spot. StringeeX really helps us deliver top-notch service to our customers.
Cons: There are a few hiccups with the audio quality, but it’s nothing major.
